About Our Service
ClearDraft is a professional document drafting service operated by Tullany Holdings Limited. We help people who are representing themselves (litigants in person) prepare professional documents for UK courts, tribunals, and NYC Housing Court.
Our team includes trained document specialists who understand court formatting requirements, legal document structure, and what judges and tribunals expect to see.
No. We are not a law firm and we don't provide legal advice. We are a document drafting service.
The difference: A solicitor advises you on what to do and can represent you. We help you present your case professionally once you've decided what you want to say. You make the decisions — we make sure your documents look professional and meet court standards.
Solicitors typically charge £200-£500+ per hour. A simple witness statement could cost £1,000 or more. Many people can't afford this — but they still need professional documents.
We offer fixed prices (from £45 to £400 depending on the document) with no hourly billing. You get professionally drafted documents without the surprise bills.
The trade-off: We don't give legal advice on strategy. But if you know what you want to say, we'll help you say it professionally.
No — that's what we're here for.
Just tell us your situation in your own words. We ask the right questions to gather everything needed for your document. We guide you through the process step by step. You don't need to understand legal forms or court requirements — we handle that.
We operate online and serve clients in the UK and USA. Our company, Tullany Holdings Limited, is registered in Uganda. All work is done remotely — we communicate by email, phone, and WhatsApp.
This allows us to offer professional services at significantly lower prices than UK-based firms while maintaining the same quality standards.

Yes. We draft submissions for employment tribunals including unfair dismissal claims, discrimination cases, redundancy disputes, and wage claims. We can prepare your ET1 grounds, witness statements, and hearing bundles.
We cannot advise you on whether you have a valid claim or predict whether you'll win — but we can make sure your submission is professionally structured and formatted.
Yes. We draft mandatory reconsideration letters and tribunal submissions for PIP (Personal Independence Payment) appeals. We structure your submission around the PIP descriptors, reference your evidence, and format everything for the tribunal.
The current PIP appeal success rate at tribunal is around 65% — having a well-structured submission helps.
Yes — we complete COP1 (main application), COP1A (financial details), COP4 (deputy's declaration), COP24 (witness statement), and notification forms.
We cannot complete the COP3. This is a mental capacity assessment that must be completed by a qualified healthcare professional (GP, social worker, psychologist, etc.) who has examined the person.
Yes. We draft documents for NYC Housing Court including answers to eviction petitions, Good Cause Eviction defenses, motions to dismiss, orders to show cause, and HP Action documents.
58% of NYC tenants appear in Housing Court without a lawyer. We help level the playing field with professionally drafted documents.
No. We draft and prepare your documents, but you must file them yourself. Filing documents on someone's behalf is conducting litigation, which requires being a qualified solicitor or legal representative.
We provide clear instructions on how to file your documents once they're complete.

No — and you should be wary of anyone who claims they can.
We can guarantee your documents will be professionally drafted, properly formatted, and ready for court. We cannot guarantee any legal outcome — that depends on the facts of your case, the evidence, and the judge's decision.
What we can do is make sure your case is presented as professionally as possible.
We use AI tools to help draft documents efficiently, but every document is reviewed and edited by a human before delivery. This gives you the best of both worlds: fast turnaround and competitive pricing, with the quality assurance of human oversight.
AI helps us work faster — humans make sure it's right.
