Why a Well-Prepared Bundle Matters
Judges and tribunal panels read dozens of bundles a week. A disorganised bundle is skimmed, resented, or actively held against the party who submitted it. A properly prepared bundle does the opposite — it makes the reader’s life easier, it looks professional, and it puts your case in front of them in the order you want them to read it.
For a self-representing litigant, this matters even more. The other side’s solicitor will submit a polished bundle. If yours is a chaotic photocopy of loose documents, the panel will notice long before they read the first line.
What We Prepare
Every bundle we prepare is built to the standards judges and tribunals expect. Depending on the complexity of your case, we can include any or all of the following:
- Documents put into proper order — chronological, or in the order that supports your case narrative
- Full pagination throughout so every page can be referenced accurately in submissions and cross-examination
- An index page listing every document and where to find it
- Cover pages for every exhibit so the panel can quickly locate each piece of evidence
- Documents checked and corrected — typos, missing pages, poor scans
- Inconsistencies between documents reconciled — dates, names, references that don’t match up between statements and evidence
- Legal authorities verified — case law and statutes cited in your submission checked for accuracy
- Exhibits properly prepared for filing
- Hyperlinked electronic index — the judge or panel clicks any entry and jumps straight to that page
- Printed hard copies — treasury-tagged and posted to you, ready to file and serve
The Hyperlinked Index
Most self-representing litigants don’t know this is possible. It genuinely changes how the panel engages with the bundle.
An electronic bundle with a hyperlinked index means the judge sitting at their bench (or working from chambers) can click any entry in the index and go directly to that page. No scrolling, no searching, no "let me find that document." When you make the judge’s life easier, they engage more deeply with your evidence. Silent advantage, and one your opponent almost certainly won’t have unless they’re represented by a large firm.
Printed Hard Copies
If you need physical bundles delivered — punched, treasury-tagged, and ready to file and serve — we prepare three copies as standard. One for you, one for the court, one for the other side. Further copies are £30 each.
Alternatively, if your hearing is fully electronic, the PDF bundle is all you need. We deliver it by secure download.

- You tell us about your hearing. Type of court or tribunal, approximate document count, deadline, whether you need printed copies. A few sentences is fine — we ask any follow-up questions.

Why does the price start at £300?
Because a proper bundle takes real work — ordering, indexing, pagination, cover pages, quality control. £300 is the entry point for a straightforward electronic bundle. Complex bundles, larger document volumes, and physical copies cost more, and we’ll always tell you the specific price before we start.
How quickly can you turn a bundle around?
Standard turnaround depends on complexity and document volume. We’ll confirm a specific turnaround when we quote. For urgent cases with tight deadlines, tell us the deadline in your enquiry and we’ll be honest about whether we can meet it.
What formats can you accept my documents in?
PDF, Word, JPG, PNG, and physical documents scanned. If you have papers only in hard copy, tell us and we can arrange scanning as part of the preparation.
Do you file the bundle for me?
No. We prepare the bundle and deliver it to you. You file and serve it yourself — either electronically to the court and the other side, or by delivering the printed hard copies. That’s your responsibility as the litigant, and it also keeps our role clearly within document preparation rather than legal representation.
What if my case documents change after you’ve prepared the bundle?
Small amendments (a corrected exhibit, an additional witness statement) can usually be handled within the original quote. Substantial changes may require a top-up quote. We’ll be transparent about this if it comes up.
Is this appropriate for employment tribunals, county court, and Family Court?
Yes to all three. We prepare bundles for employment tribunals (unfair dismissal, discrimination, wage disputes), county court proceedings (housing, small claims, disrepair), Family Court, and Court of Protection.
