SAR Follow-Up Letter (Overdue Response)

Use this when the one-month deadline has passed without a response.

Challenge Letter (Incomplete Response)

Use this when you've received a response but believe data is missing or exemptions wrongly applied.

Sending Your Request

Send by email for a timestamp, or by recorded delivery post. Keep copies of everything. If sending ID, consider redacting sensitive parts (e.g., passport number) and writing "For Subject Access Request purposes only" across the copy.
